Yesterday's Moment of the Day (MotD):

Thad discovered a super cool evangelism tool from Pastor Mark (our Pastor of Missions @ OTBC) called the EvangeCube. It is super cool and he loved talking about the Salvation story with it.  I found one yesterday at a Christian bookstore and bought it for him.  He hasn't put it down since!  He and Hudson are walking around practicing the preschool version of the Gospel, for fun!  How cool?!

In light of the new year and my desire to focus on God's blessing in my life, I am going to try to post moment(s) of the day.

Here goes...

Jason is out of town and the boys and me were having a yummy family (breakfast) dinner. They were saying all kinds of random things when Hudson blurted out "Jesus died on the cross!"

I said, "He sure did honey. Why did Jesus die on the cross?" I expected him to say something like 'because He loves me' or even 'I don't know."

Instead, his precious 2 year old self shouted "FOR MY SINS. HIM DIED FOR MY SINS!"

I just about cried! Faith like a child...Thank you Lord for allowing my children to begin to hide Your Word in their hearts!
